Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to orders@tulsimadras.com
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, any request for cancellation must be made within 12 hours of placing the order
● Once an order has been submitted, unfortunately, we cannot process a request for cancellation
● Refund for domestic orders will be done in 5-7 days, and international orders will be done in 7-12 days
Refunds for domestic orders will be done in 5-7 days, and international orders, in 7-12 days in the case of online payments done through a Credit/Debit/Net banking facility.
Please note that if your order includes customised blouse stitching, fall /pico, blouse detachment or tasseling as per your request, cancellation or changes are not possible.

● We offer free shipping in India for all orders over the value of Rs. 10,000.
● While we make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 7-10 business days of your placing the order, in rare cases, a slight delay may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances, govt. interventions or natural causes, etc. which we cannot be held responsible for.
SHIPPING INFORMATION - INTERNATIONAL
● We ship to over 230 countries worldwide.
● We exclusively use reputed and reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart etc. to ship your order
● Shipping Charges are based on the shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors.
● For maximum savings, we recommend ordering 4-5 sarees together for availing an optimized shipping rate. Please write to us at orders@tulsimadras.com
● Our delivery partners offer contactless delivery. Please note that proof of delivery will be digital. We would be unable to entertain any dispute for the want of a physical signature
● International delivery schedules are subject to any delays at transit, entry, customs and location accessibility points. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carrier's end.
● Duties and taxes and any additional customs will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These shall be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
