Returns and Exchange Policy

All of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons and weavers in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. Please rest assured that all our products go through a thorough quality check before shipping.

In the rare event of a piece being damaged in manufacturing or transit, we would be happy to exchange it. Please email us (along with a clear image of the defective piece, original packaging and invoice) at orders@tulsimadras.com as soon as you receive your order and we would be happy to replace the same. 

Please note the decision to accept returns rests solely with the Tulsi Madras Team and would need to meet the following terms.

● To be eligible for a Return /exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag must not be tampered with.)

● We would be unable to accept multiple returns or exchange requests.


STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the order. You must email us at orders@tulsimadras.com to notify us.

2. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, after which it is up to the Tulsi Madras QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return/exchange

3. Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, please dispatch the product to the following address - Tulsi Madras, 13/7, P.S. Sivaswamy Salai, Mylapore, Chennai- 600004.

4. Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall be happy to exchange your purchase for another piece with the same value.


Exchange policy for ART Work Sarees:

Our Fusion Kanchipurams are one-of-a-kind artisanal sarees, handcrafted by master craftsmen across the country. Each saree goes through an extensive process and the design can have natural differences and variations that bring out the beauty of a handmade product. These variations are not product defects but a part of the design and hence the products cannot be taken for return once sold.


NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

4. Package refused by the recipient.

5. If the product is disliked by the customer for whatever reason (colour/design)

6. If your order includes customised blouse stitching, fall /Pico, blouse detachment or tasselling as per your request.

1. We have a strict non-negotiable No exchange, No return policy for sale items under any condition.

2. All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch.

3. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers or discounts.

4. Free shipping will not be applicable during a sale period, normal international shipping rates will apply.
